I had this great brainwave about a new business that will make me millions, and will share it with you!
I was blogging and yes, my cat sat on my lap and started accompanying the cursor. One minute later, he was all over the screen, trying to catch my mouse. I thought it would be great if the screen did not have a keyboard but a touchscreen, the cat would go wild!
So I was thinking about creating a "SitTop” for cats, which would be a laptop without a keyboard, but a kind of wii-fit so the computer can feel when the cat is sitting on it. The screen will be touch sensitive (will become a standard feature for computers soon). Together with this hardware I’d sell games software for cats, like find the mouse, catfishing etc
The computer will have wireless and a "catcam”, so cats can play against eachother, or collaborate in catching the mouse. For the cat’s owner there will be a separate keyboard and mouse (wireless) so he can download new games to the catlap.
Then it came to me, I want to make cats happy, that’s my mission in life! And I had a vision: sell computers and games to cats, i’d like all cats in Holland to have at least 1catlap by 2015!
I did a quick internet search for competition, and found no-one who actually sells a cat computer, just some cat video’s and non cat-interactive flashgame for the computer . People do pay 500 euro’s for some enourmous toys for cats though, so i guess there is a feasable market.
So I’ll order one to be build in Taiwan and sell it on the internet. (preorder now :-)
